Situated beyond Earth's geosynchronous orbit, the New Crescent Orbital Station is a sizable multi-purpose research facility and defense outpost established and managed by the Galactic Colonies Initiative. With over 40 years of service, the self-sustainable vessel operates as a warp-enabled mobile station capable of deep space travel. The NCOS accommodates a working crew of 50, divided into three shifts. Yearly, there are up to four scheduled tours to the station by up to 13 public civilian passengers from the Titania Satellite and other colonies.
